What do you do with the dog poop after you pick it
up?
We throw it on your neighbor's lawn and leave a business card.
Actually we bag it and throw it away in your gray trashcan.That is what local disposal
authorities require.
How do you charge for this unique service?
We charge by the pound.Not really!It depends
on how many dogs you have and how often we visit your home.For instance: one dog, once a week
service is only $8.00 per week.Two dogs, once a week, service is only $12.00 per week.For more dogs or more frequent
visits, visit our rate sheet or
give us a call at (530) 743-POOP.We also provide one time clean ups
for parties, spring cleaning, etc.
Are there any "hidden" charges?
If we tell you... then they wouldn’t be hidden.Just kidding.The only additional charge would be
an additional fee for the first visit, IF your yard has been left to
its self for a long time this could be anywhere from $20.00 to
$40.00.If you normally keep up
with the “de-mining” of your yard and all we have to do is take over
then the charge to start service will be minimum.
Do I have to be there when you're there?
No, most people work during the day and find it difficult to
arrange a time to be home.However, we do prefer to meet you face to face and be introduced
to your dog the first day.Just
let us know, and we can arrange a time.
How can I leave you a key to get into my yard?
If you lock your gate we will need to arrange for a combination
lock so that we can gain access to scoop the poop.We can always work out a way.
How do I start up service?
It's easy to start up service.In most instances, all it takes is a phone call and a few
minutes later... you're ready to go.Everything can be done over the phone and you are billed through
the mail.We are gone most of
the day ('cause its hard to see land mines at night) so don't be afraid
to leave a message on the answering machine.Just be sure to leave your home phone number and any
other number we may need to contact you and we will do our best to call
you the same day!
Do I need to tie up my dog when you service my yard?
No, unless you know your dog is a ruthless man-eater (We'll be
sure to send in a woman – just kidding she bites).Most of the time the only problem we
have with dogs is that they want to be petted and jump up on us.
Do you work in inclement weather?
Depends on how bad it is.If it's just a light drizzle, we usually work.If it's a constant downpour, we will
call you and reschedule.
Do I have to sign any contracts?
No, no contracts are required. Just a Million Dollar insurance
policy leaving us as the beneficiaries and …Just kidding (you have to have a sense of humor to doo
what we doo).
